How is pricing determined for your services?

For both furniture packages and bespoke interior design, our pricing is based on the size of the property, the level of finish selected, and any add-ons or customisation. Our curated packages have clear, upfront pricing, while bespoke design projects are quoted after an initial consultation based on your brief and scope.

What is your average pricing for furniture packages?

Our all-inclusive furniture packages typically range from AED 35,000 to AED 55,000, depending on the number of rooms, size of the property, and the selected style or add-ons.

Do you offer bespoke design services for a fixed fee or a percentage?

Bespoke interior design is usually priced as a flat fee or a percentage of the overall project cost, depending on scope. We provide a clear, itemised proposal after the design consultation so there are no surprises.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. Our quotes are all-inclusive and fully transparent. Any optional extras—like curtains, kitchen packs, artwork, or appliances—are clearly listed as add-ons for your consideration.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, major credit/debit cards, and, in some cases, installment payments via approved providers. Payment details will be shared upon confirmation of your order.

Can I pay in installments?

We offer flexible payment solutions such as Tabby and Tamara. If you'd like to explore payment options, let us know during the quotation process and we'll tailor a plan that works for you.

Is VAT included in your pricing?

No, all our pricing is exclusive of 5% UAE VAT, unless otherwise specified. VAT will be added at the end.

Do you offer refunds or cancellations?

Due to the custom and logistical nature of our work, we provide refunds on in-stock items. Pre-ordered items are non-refundable once orders have been confirmed or production has begun. However, we are happy to discuss adjustments if plans change early in the process.

How long does it take to furnish a property with one of your packages?

Our curated furniture packages are designed for speed. We typically complete full delivery and installation within 5 to 7 working days from confirmation and deposit. In some urgent cases, we can offer express turnaround subject to availability.

How long does a bespoke interior design project usually take?

Bespoke projects vary depending on the scale, complexity, and level of customisation. A typical full-home apartment ranges between 4 to 6 weeks, including design development, procurement, and final styling. A villa around 4-6 months depending upon the scope of work. Larger or highly customised projects may take longer—we’ll always provide a clear timeline during the proposal stage.

Can you manage everything from start to finish?

Who will be my point of contact during the project?

You’ll have a dedicated project coordinator or designer as your main point of contact from start to finish. We believe in clear, responsive communication and offer regular updates throughout the process.

Can I be involved in the project, or is it completely hands-off?

That’s entirely up to you. We work with both hands-on clients who love to be part of the process, and hands-off investors who just want the keys handed back when it’s done. You decide your level of involvement.

What happens if there are delays or supplier issues?

While we work hard to keep every project on schedule, delays can occasionally occur. In such cases, we’ll proactively inform you, offer alternative solutions, and do everything possible to maintain your timeline. Your peace of mind is our priority.

Can you work with tight deadlines or urgent projects?

Yes—particularly for furniture packages or landlord/Airbnb setups. For bespoke design, we’ll evaluate the scope and let you know upfront what’s realistic. Let us know your timeline early and we’ll advise accordingly.

Faulty Items & Replacements
What if an item arrives damaged or faulty?

If any item is delivered damaged or faulty, we will repair or replace it at no extra cost. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a brief description.

How do I report a fault or issue?

You can contact your Hive Living representative directly, or email our support team with the order details and photos of the issue. We’ll respond promptly to resolve it.

Is there a warranty on the furniture?

Yes. All our furniture comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects or structural faults.

Does the warranty cover wear and tear from tenants?

General wear and tear is not covered under warranty, but we can assess any issue on a case-by-case basis and offer repair or replacement solutions where appropriate.

Do you offer any aftercare or maintenance services?
