We deliver to any location within UAE within an approximate time of 3 to 5 business days. Shipping options and delivery time differs depending on the city and category of items purchased.

Goods may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase together with the original receipt for a full refund. All Goods returned must be in their original packaging, with all parts, packaging, and documentation included. They must not be used, altered, or damaged.

If your item has a manufacturing defect under warranty, we will try to repair it. If repair is not possible, we will replace or refund the item based on the warranty terms. Items with defects (not caused by misuse) can also be returned or exchanged within the return window, with proof of purchase.

• Refunds are processed in the original payment method used for the purchase.
• For credit card purchases, the refund will be issued back to the same card.

If an item is not available in-stock, you may contact us to place an order in advance. We will inform you of the product availability, delivery date and bill you prior to shipping the item.

You can contact our showroom on (+971565006421) to cancel or partial cancel an order. Your order can be canceled any time before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. After the cancellation is complete, you will receive a credit note for the same value of the returned items.
